Friday at Five: The Papa Doble

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 3/4 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1/4 oz maraschino liquor
  • 1/4 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz lime juice


  • Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with grapefruit twist, if desired.
  • Alternatively, serve over finely crushed ice.
