BBQ Seasoning my favorite: Weber Kansas City BBQ Rub
For the sauce:
1cupdrippings from pork
2cupsketchup
1/2cupapple cider vinegar
1/2cupbrown sugar
1tablespoononion powder
1tablespoongarlic powder
1/2tablespoonground mustard
2tablespoonsWorcestershire
1 1/2teaspoonsliquid smoke
Instructions
Generously season the pork roast all over with the bbq seasoning. Place in slow cooker and cook for 8-10 hours on LOW (or overnight), or until the meat easily shreds with a fork.
Carefully remove pork from slow cooker (meat forks work well for this), and pour drippings into a gravy separator or measuring cup. Pour off 1 cup of drippings and discard the rest.
Return pork to the slow cooker and shred using tongs or meat forks.
Mix together all sauce ingredients and pour over the shredded pork. Cook on LOW for another 2 hours, or HIGH for 1 hour.
