Heat oven to 400F. In 9-inch pie plate or cake pan, melt butter in oven, brush butter over bottom and side of pan. In medium bowl, whisk eggs slightly. Add in flour, milk and salt until just mixed (DO NOT over mix). Pour into pan. Bake 25-30 minutes or until puffy and deep golden brown. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes; remove onto serving plate. Fill with choice of fresh fruit and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Slice into wedges and serve.
