- 1 8 oz block cream cheese
- 1 can cream of shrimp soup
- 4 T butter
- 1/4 cup sherry
- 2 T cream
- 1/2 lb cooked lobster meat- 1/2 chopped, 1/2 shredded
- Hawaiian bread and pita chips, for serving.
- In a small slow cooker, combine the cream cheese, soup, butter, sherry, cream and lobster meat.
- Cook on LOW until ingredients have melted together and no lumps (except lobster) remain.
- Serve with Hawaiian bread and pita chips.
