Lobster Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz block cream cheese
  • 1 can cream of shrimp soup
  • 4 T butter
  • 1/4 cup sherry
  • 2 T cream
  • 1/2 lb cooked lobster meat- 1/2 chopped, 1/2 shredded
  • Hawaiian bread and pita chips, for serving.

Directions

  1. In a small slow cooker, combine the cream cheese, soup, butter, sherry, cream and lobster meat.
  2. Cook on LOW until ingredients have melted together and no lumps (except lobster) remain.
  3. Serve with Hawaiian bread and pita chips.
